Excellent customer service. Put it on to try it and get used to it. Won’t take it off. Transition was seem less and it feels great in the hand. Three table runs in the first two nights of league. Hope this keeps up. I will update after some more time shooting with it. But at this point I will not be switching up.

Being a Meucci guy it is hard to find aftermarket shafts with the right butt diameter. I decided to take a chance with Doug and I will Tell you, he did not disappoint. After a small hiccup with shipping (Not Springfield’s fault) I received my custom playing shaft. The fit and finish is perfect. Added my favorite tip and put it to the test. The Hit and sound are exactly what i wanted. No hollow or pinging sound like many other carbon fibers i own. The hit is solid with no vibration. If you are considering going with Springfield I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I bought this cue as a backup shaft to my main cue, I had been looking at a Revo ($500) or a Cynergy ($400) & decided to give this a shot instead. The crispness of the hit is unreal. The feel & quality are phenomenal. I tried another CF shaft that felt cheap & this one feels anything but. There is a high likelihood that this becomes my new main shaft. length in their 30” conical taper 13mm and besides the lower deflection it reminds
me of my old school Schon shafts but with better technology and durability! Thanks

I didn’t really need another shaft, I have quite a few top brand names now. But I did want one just a little longer. I ordered this one and when I got it, I went straight to the pool hall and played for about eight hours. Let me tell you I don’t know what it is about the shaft, but it plays better than any of the other carbon fiber that I have! I have now been playing with the shaft for a few days and I don’t think I’ll ever use any of my others. Only spoke with Doug for a brief while but he seems like a great guy and will treat you right .
